Quality Management
We have decided in favour of a process-oriented QM system, in order to be able better to identify, understand and define activities and mutual dependencies within the company. The desired objective of a “dynamic and living QM system” can be achieved effectively in this way. We have structured our business processes in accordance with EN ISO 9001:2000 and are constantly working to improve our processes. We focus on quality, service and flexibility. We have developed the following principles from this:
- Prioritise the fulfilment of quality requirements over short-term cost considerations
- Error-free order processing
- Product quality that meets in full the customer's expectations as agreed
- Meeting quoted delivery times and high reliability of delivery
- Friendly, open attitude to customers
- Available to the customer by telephone and in person, even outside business hours
- Detection and exploitation of even minor market potentials
- Recording deviations from the specified targets and assessment of these by senior management in the management review
We have set the following focal points for the realization of our quality objectives:
- Continuous promotion by senior management of quality consciousness among all the staff
- Targeted training and motivation of staff
- Continuous improvement of methods and processes
- Rapid, flexible reaction to customer requests
- Paying the greatest possible attention to the customer
- Actively enquire after customer satisfaction
- Co-operation with customers, authorities, suppliers and classification associations
Our own analysis of internal statistics, complaints and internal audits provides a regular examination and adaptation of quality objectives.
